Aligning Leadership Around What Matters

I led a strategic process for Pekárek Dental clinics focused on one core challenge of today’s world: how to navigate complexity without losing direction. In an environment full of signals, metrics, opinions, and constant change, the goal was not speed—but clarity. Not prediction—but orientation.

Together with consultants from FleishmanHillard and BDO, I shaped and led the process of articulating our vision, mission, values, strategic priorities, and annual goals expressed through OKRs. While the collaboration brought strong external perspectives, I was responsible for the overall direction: framing the questions, designing the workshops, guiding management discussions, and synthesising everything into a single, coherent system.

Rather than treating vision and values as abstract statements, we worked to make them usable. Vision became a compass. Values were translated into everyday decisions. Strategic goals created focus, and annual OKRs connected long-term intent with concrete action. The outcome was not just alignment on paper, but a shared mental map for leadership—one that helps the management team navigate uncertainty, stay grounded in purpose, and move forward together with confidence.
