Radim Pekárek is a Prague-based service designer, researcher, and educator. He works in the early stage of innovation — the moment when ideas are still uncertain but full of potential.

His role is to transform early concepts into validated opportunities before organizations commit significant time, money, and resources to building them. By combining design, strategy, research, and experimentation, he helps teams discover what is truly worth developing.

Radim operates as a strategist–designer hybrid, connecting disciplines that are often separated inside organizations — design, product, business strategy, and technology. His work focuses on shaping the first version of new products, services, and ventures, testing them with real users, and helping organizations decide what should move forward.

Alongside his professional work, Radim draws perspective from movement and travel. In his personal life, he enjoys hiking, running, cycling, and exploring new places. These moments away from screens and systems help him see life and its challenges from a broader perspective—slowing down, recalibrating, and returning to his work with renewed clarity and balance.
