about the collaboration

Over the last three years, I have worked closely with Pekárek Dental as a long-term design and strategy partner. I collaborated across the entire organization—working with management, dentists, receptionists, and clinical staff—to ensure that improvements were not only well designed, but also workable in everyday practice. My focus was on mapping and improving patient journeys across general dental care, orthodontics, and implantology, translating complex clinical processes into clear, human-centered experiences. To make these changes sustainable, I implemented a continuous customer feedback loop that validates the journeys in real use and provides teams with actionable insights to refine the service over time.
