about the collaboration

In collaboration with Creative Dock, I worked on an innovation project for the third-largest bank in Saudi Arabia. I partnered closely with the venture team, leading hands-on workshops to identify opportunities and define new product features. I then ran the online market validation myself, designing and executing experiments to test real user demand before moving into development. Alongside this, I led a multidisciplinary team of visual designers, motion designers, and copywriters, aligning their work around a shared product vision. Based on the insights, I designed the end-to-end mobile application, contributed to building a scalable design system, and collaborated closely with the engineering team to ensure a high-quality implementation.
