WHO I AM
My name is Radim and I'm a service designer focusing on digital and innovation projects. I use human-centred design to inform changes to existing services, create new services entirely, enable common experiences across various customer and employee touchpoints and last but not least to develop new levels of values for all stakeholders involved.
I have experience with creating new service propositions for Telephónica Alpha in Barcelona, Bounce Works in London, improving patients experiences for Dental Care Houses in Prague. Then designing prototypes, wireframes, apps and websites alongside the Creative Dock in Prague for clients such as Albert, Avast and Mutumutu.

Research & Design
Conducting research of customer needs, desires and fears in order to propose the best possible solutions. Designing solutions for the best experience.
Interactive prototype development via digital tools such as Figma, Adobe XD and Invision.
Testing through qualitative and quantitative methods. Establishing a feedback loop with the aim of constant learning from insights.
Creating new levels of values with technology.

Human-centred design is a process that starts with the people you’re designing for and ends with new solutions that are tailor made to suit their needs. Human-centered design is all about building a deep empathy with the people you’re designing for; generating tons of ideas; building a bunch of prototypes; sharing what you’ve made with the people you’re designing for; and putting your innovative new solution out in the world.
