Improving existing services and creating new services entirely
My name is Radim Pekárek and I'm a service and experience designer currently based in Prague. I use human-centred design to inform changes to existing services from bottom up and create new services entirely. Currently, I work for clients alongside the Creative Dock in healthcare, commerze, insurance and bank sectors.
I have background in design management but over the last three years I use service design to create services for international companies such as Telephónica Alpha in Barcelona, Bounce Works in London, Dental Care Houses in Prague and Creative Dock Czech and Hungary. I'm open for new collaborative projects in the fields of service design and CX / UX design.
